财联社10月9日电，据中国贸易救济信息网，9月30日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定移动蜂窝通信设备（Certain Mobile Cellular Communications Devices，调查编码：337-TA-1456）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2025年9月10日作出的初裁（No.7）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对列名被告芬兰HMD Global of Finland的调查。
